Our patients are seen by appointment only, and are typically referred to us for specific medical problems that have already been identified by another medical provider. Once referred, a Midwest Eye Institute patient is given specific appointment and/or contact instructions in order to schedule a visit with one of our board certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologists. They and their qualified staff always treat our patients with respect, compassion and concern.

The types of services available from each and every sub-specialty available is included in this area of our website, as are the names and phone numbers of individual physicians practicing in each sub-specialty. Midwest Eye has well respected physician known locally, nationally, and in some case internationally, in every sub-specialty service of ophthalmology.

Our normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, though different practices/physicians within Midwest Eye do sometimes maintain different hours. Reaching us after normal clinic hours is as easy as leaving a message for any one of our providers/practices by contacting their direct practice number; or by dialing us tool free at 800-822-4699, which is answered 24/7.

Most of our Midwest Eye providers participate in the Medicare program; and many also participate in a variety of other widely accepted insurance programs. Patients should be certain to periodically verify their Midwest Eye physician continues to participate in their insurance plan coverage.
